Welcome to the fan club, we’re glad to have you on-board and we wanted to quickly go over some of the rules/guidelines of the fan club. We hope you understand why these rules are in place, as many elements of meet and greets, etc., are truly out of the control of the fan club.

Guidelines:

1) Fan club meet and greets are not always a given, much depends on whether or not Craig is doing a solo show or not. For events where Craig is not the main performer, meet and greets are not always possible and may not happen, that is something that is out of the control of the fan club.

2) Meet and greets when they are arranged are brief in nature due to performance times and the schedules that Craig and his band must keep. As such, we ask any and all members that have an opportunity to participate in a meet and greet to keep their time with Craig brief. This is done to ensure that ALL MEMBERS who are participating will have an opportunity to talk to Craig. If a member is to be found to run over in their one-on-one time with Craig, they may be asked to cut it short so the next member can talk to Craig.

3) A membership badge is not a backstage pass, and cannot be used to gain access backstage. They are to be used only for times an official meet and greet is organized.

4) Any member found to be abusing any privileges of the fan club may have their membership terminated and a refund will be issued.

Refund Policy. We will only replace defective CDs.

IN ALL CASES:

• You must return the item within three weeks in the same condition it was shipped to you including case and insert sleeve
• You must also enclose a copy of your packing list (please retain the original for your records)
  Items being returned must be sent postpaid insured or via a traceable shipping method of your choice. We will not reimburse costs if you choose to return items by overnight delivery offered by UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We will not accept responsibility for packages sent to us that are lost.
